DAUPHÍNE
ABOUT
The Dauphinais family office
The Dauphiné region is a historic and mountainous region in southern France that was once the seat of the local, 12th century, le Dauphin government. The Dauphin title was eventually transferred to the King and used to mean the heir apparent to the throne of France.
The Dauphinais family traces its roots to this spectacular region, highlighted by the Dauphiné Alps (part of the French Alps). Its highest peak reaches 4,105m (13,458 ft).
We’ve named our family office in honor of the beautiful Dauphiné region and the heritage of the Dauphin—but with a modern twist. Our primary focus is to actively drive long-term capital value for the express purpose of supporting the activities of our family’s charitable foundation and other causes. We invest our own capital and partner with other families to invest across a diverse set of asset types.
